We purchased door from this company they were due to arrive in April and eventually arrived in May. We have had nothing but problems with the doors and have informed Fair trading. It's now October and I am still waiting for a replacement panel to a Bi fold door which was bowed and although we have not moved into our new house yet and have hardly used a sliding door we purchased the lock is falling apart.I'm also waiting for a compliance certificate for the doors. My experience started well until my timber windows started to literally fall apart! I had to send photos as I am on the Central Coast and no one will come to site to inspect! That was over 15 months ago. In that time I have been told they will replace only to have them change their mind. The manager only replies when he feels like it as I wait weeks then months for answers to my emails. It has been a terrible experience and now in the hands of consumer affairs
We purchased Doors and Windows from these guys and saved ourselves a fortune compared to the other quotes we had been given, prices great and quality good. We even went back and bought a lounge from them, again great service and quality. Well worth a look if you are thinking about renovating. We will go back again Im sure.

From start to finish they offered fantastic service and unbeatable prices, to our surprise it was not a ‘you get what you pay for’ experience.
