I've had a terrible experience with this business. We had prepaid for a couch in October, with the promise it would arrive by the next month. It got delayed, and come January when we still didn't have it, I asked to have our money refunded. Now it's mid-March and we have no couch and no refund. Go elsewhere if you're shopping for furniture in Portland

Overall, my experience at this furniture store was excellent. The showroom was well-organized with a wide selection of styles from modern to traditional. Sales staff were knowledgeable but not pushy, giving me space to browse while being available when I had questions. Prices were fair. The quality of my new sofa will be comfortable. I would definitely shop here again and recommend to friends looking for quality furniture with good customer service.
