Ordered my Petra chairs just before Christmas and arrived within 10 minutes of stated delivery. Price was cheapest on the internet but service was top drawer. Ajaz and his team are great. Would definitely buy from again.
I ordered a tall chest of drawers on 26th March and it was delivered today, well within the 4 week estimated delivery time. Well packaged and delivered to the room of choice. Very happy with all aspects of purchase and delivery.
Furniture Direct have been amazing in accommodating my needs for my new home. Great customer service by all and catered furniture to work with the style and colours I had chosen for my house. I ordered all my beds and frames from them and my amazing dining table. Go to them for all your furniture, you will not regret it! Attached is picture of the table without the two extension pieces
We ordered two Birlea Furniture Miami Pine Bed and there were some delays from the supplier. However Ajaz was super helpful and kept us updated. He organised the first bed to be delivered as soon as it arrived. The delivery was smooth and overall excellent customer service. It did took longer than anticipated for the second bed to arrive but I overlook at this for the price paid as compare to other competitors and excellent customer service. Absolutely no problems apart from after placing the order for our dining set we had no idea of the lead time for delivery, but that wasn't really an issue as I went on the live chat and simply asked and was told 10 - 14 days, I called after a week, it was Sunday but the owner answered immediately and confirmed it was ready in the warehouse, couple of days later had email and phone call to confirm delivery date, it was delivered on day 10 well packed and in perfect condition.
