Real polite on return means alot good people
Sold me all display mattresses!!! The only firm spot on the mattress are in the middle. Asked for a refund wouldn’t give me my money back because they have a no refund policy. He also told me I didn’t get the display mattress but the mattress that I have are not on display anymore in the store anymore.
Absolutely worst experience. As I write this, I have waited over 4+ months for a headboard that has had 3 status changes. (On Order, Back-stocked, Discontinued). I have spoke to 5+ members of the company all with a different story and excuse. No refund of money as of 10/22/19. Carl (the owner) has not returned numerous calls. You do better to buy fabric and wood, hire an Amish with horse and buggy to drive down from Indiana, make your furniture, and possibly by then Carl may decide to call you back.
