Omg, I should have totally read these reviews first! I normally do, crap! I ordered a sectional and it is taking way too long for it to arrive. So sad because as an interior decorator for selling homes, I was looking for fast shipping of furniture at a great price and I thought I found it, I was getting so pumped. The manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. On top of that, the place often smells like weed, which is very inappropriate. Their advertising is misleading and feels fake what they promote is not what you actually get. They’ve shipped out broken items multiple times and then tried to blame the customers instead of taking responsibility. Overall, terrible customer service and zero accountability. I would not recommend.

This was the worst experience I've ever had. I bought a mattress, a sofa, and a TV from this store. The employee told me the mattress had a twenty-year warranty and was excellent quality. I specifically explained to him that I needed a good mattress because of my back pain, and he convinced me to buy it, assuring me it was covered by the warranty.
