اسوأ تجربة اشتريت من المحل ماترس وكنب وصوفا وشاشة وقد اخبرني الموظف ان الماترس عليه ورنتي عشرين عاما وأنه جيد جدا وبسبب أني أخبرته انه أريده جيدا بسب ألم في الظهر واقنعني للبضاعة وأنه عليه كفالة ولكن بعد ستة اشهر اصبح اسوا من الذي قبله وكان سعره مرتفع ولكن الجودة ليست كما وصفه ذهبت إلى المحل واخبرني ان اتصل على الشركة وهم سوف يتصرفون ويعالجو الأمر لكن بدون اي رد واتصلت عدة مرات بلمحل ويتعزرون بلماطلة واخبرته انه إذا كنتم غير واثقين من الشركة والكفالة لاتبعوا وعود غير صحيحة
