Absolute horrible service. Spat on by the manager and told to F off after asking for a refund on our coffee table that had not arrived 3 months after ordering our entire house package. We were told 4 weeks max. He threw the money back in my face after we spent thousands. Wish I had of refunded everything. Don't even walk on his shop!
Pushy lieing owner / manager peddling poor quality furniture. Avoid this shop like the plague!!!!
Wife came home nearly in tears after she experienced a condescending rude arrogant pig of a manager.
Paid $4750 for a leather lounge. Made a lot of promises about quality etc. The troubles began before we even sat in it. It just got worse from there. I was abused and told that customers like me are being unreasonable, and I had a f*&^ing hole in my head. Well that set the tone of all future dealings. They made several promises of refunding my money. Fair trading became involved, and finally they paid up. Wished I had found this site before giving them any money.
