Bill the Owner sold me a lift chair and delivered it the SAME day. He arrived at the exact time that we set up. He not only delivered it, he helped carry it in, around a series of tight turns, and didn't leave until it was in place. He went above and beyond. That was exceptional customer service. We appreciate you.

After having bad luck at the places I surely thought would have what I was looking for. I stopped for the first time at 5 on a Sat. I was reading the sign saying they closed at 4 when Lena rushed out of her car as she was about to leave and opened up for me. I was looking for something specific so just asked for it as I didn't want to keep her too long. Luckily she had what I was looking for and at a great price!! She was so nice and helpful.
