Custom cut mirror for my antique dresser. We love it!
Furniture City Glass & Mirror Co. has been a reliable partner for our commercial and residential glass needs for many years. Unfortunately, we've experienced a significant decline in their responsiveness over the past few months. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, particularly through Staci, we've been unable to secure timely quotes or project updates. This lack of communication has forced us to seek services from other providers outside of High Point. It's disappointing, as we've always valued our partnership.
We live in High Point and always consider investing our money in the local economy first, before considering other greater Triad businesses. We intended to do so with Furniture City Glass & Mirror for a frameless, glass shower wall but had to disappointingly ask for a refund of our deposit (partially refunded!). Many other options available with better pricing, service and communication. Would not recommend!
