Management, I just had the worst experience at your Gateway Location. Noel, who I was told that he pretended to be the store manager, spoke to me like one of his drinking buddies. I asked him twice to refer to me by first or last name which he did not. Worst customer service and deceiving sale person. I come to find out that the real store manager is Mr. Eddie. I definitely would never recommend this place to get furniture ever. Told me 4 weeks to get my furniture it ended up taking almost 7 months. I would call they had so many excuses why it took so long. When it actually came in it still took Them two more weeks to deliver. Had them for a month my sofa is already broken. Furniture is made very cheaply. Would never go there again or recommend anyone get furniture from there! Very poor service and cheap furniture. I would rate them a 0 if I could.
