I bought this beautiful bed frame from the spring mountain location and now I’m moving and need to dismantle the bed frame I see that the movers stripped the screw when they drilled the headboard together and I called to see if I could get some assistance because i literally tried everything and the manager that sold me the furniture said that there’s nothing that they can do since I bought the bed in 2023 and didn’t have any issues in 2023… like yeah I didn’t have any issue’s until now that I have to dismantle the bed frame... read more
