After reading that many other people had the same experience I had, I am filing a report with the FBI for investigation. I purchased a server for over $800, 3 months ago and they never sent it out for delivery. When asked for a refund, they ignored me via phone, email, and text.
I purchased a server for over $800, 3 months ago that was never delivered. In fact, they never even sent it out for delivery. I contacted support several times via phone, email, and text to no avail. I am in the process of filing a lawsuit against them. They are thieves, DO NOT use this company.
