Been a very disappointing experience with this furniture company. Placed an ordered 3 months ago and about a month ago after calling and checking in on status were told the piece was "discontinued'. So ordered a replacement which is slightly cheaper and were told we'd be refunded the difference. That hasn't happened and we still can't get an update on the new/replacement piece we ordered after saying it would be delivered last week. Purchased dresser on 12/11 and never received it. Not even a phone call from owner. No email. Nothing.
The worst company out there. Believe the 3.5 star rating. It’s there for a reason. I ordered a couch 2 months ago. I wanted to cancel the order a month later since they were never able to accurately tell me when it would come in and get my money back. I paid cash which was good enough for them but it has been one thing after the other trying to get it back.
