My name is Laura Bucher. I purchased a sectional from Furniture by Walker / Walker Furniture of Mooresville in June 2025 and paid over $2,000 in full at the time of purchase. Despite repeated promises, the furniture was never delivered. Chris Walker, the business owner, repeatedly claimed the product would arrive “next week” and then stopped responding entirely. After reading that many other people had the same experience I had, I am filing a report with the FBI for investigation. I purchased a server for over $800, 3 months ago and they never sent it out for delivery. When asked for a refund, they ignored me via phone, email, and text.
I purchased a server for over $800, 3 months ago that was never delivered. In fact, they never even sent it out for delivery. I contacted support several times via phone, email, and text to no avail. I am in the process of filing a lawsuit against them. They are thieves, DO NOT use this company.
