Worst customer service. I sent one email asking for an update on my order, and their response was basically telling me I had “overlooked” the delivery timeframe (7–14 business days). Then they cancelled my order without properly helping. I also tried calling, but no one answered. Really disappointing experience.
When we went to pick up our new lounge the guy at the warehouse was helpful
bought a bed frame here which broke after 3 months. tried to call them about warranty or any exchanges and they refused in a condescending manner
$200 for delivery PLUS $200 for assembly is crazy! Other furniture shops are $120-$150 for delivery which includes assembly. Can’t speak for the dining set itself yet as I’ll now have to hire a trailer and collect from the warehouse myself.
