A complete fraud who overcharged me then refused to do the work and when I paid the agreed amount anyway, for the Saturday call out, cash only as requested, his workman ran off without giving me a receipt, and then when I called to inform him, he yelled at me belligerently and didn't want to listen to me because he was probably in on the fraud scheme from the start. I'm helpless with furniture, called them about an antique bed. Although they didn't come over, they asked directed questions and ultimately told me this was a hook assembly I could do myself. I really appreciate not trying to rip me off, will use them if I ever do need something assembled

I can't say enough good things about Anthony and the prompt service! From response time to assembly, and with much professionalism and a great attitude I would rate a 10 out of 10! Assembly Worx responded, quoted, and had a technician scheduled and at our office in less than 24 hours. The executive desk was heavy with what looked like hundreds of unmarked parts, screws and such and NO written instructions YET he assembled it like a pro.
