My wife and I just purchased from Neil Knoblock. It was the best buying experience i have had. The whole process was customer focused, engaged, and transparent. Neil made the whole experience very enjoyable. His knowledge of appliances, options, and approach to the buying process was outstanding. Would highly recommend!

It was time to update my refrigerator, microwave, washer and dryer. I'm not a AHOPPER by choice, but I did check on appliances available at one other store. The I went to Furniture and Appliance Mart in Wausau and met up with the same saleslady from whom we purchased our previous appliances at SEARS. What a pleasant coincidence!! DO NOT SHOP HERE! Purchased two sofa's in July. One of the sofa's had a manufacture's defect on the cushion. Bad seam in two area's pulling apart. I live alone and I don't use that middle cushion. I went to Wausau store and they handed me a card to take care of the issue on my own. After 4 e-mail attempts and no response, I reached a man by phone. No "I am sorry, how can I make this right", nothing! He told me they will send me a cushion but I have to pay to have it installed. Are you kidding me??? I am beside myself! I am a... read more

Do not shop at this company. Terrible customer service. Bought a very expensive sofa. Had an issue with the reclining feature. Been waiting for 10 weeks for the repair. No ETA, no status. Was told could be 2 more weeks or longer. They take you money and do not care if you have an issue.

This place is a totally bad place to shop. There is no guarantee that they will give you a new item a lot of their stuff is defective. I ordered an Amana washing machine for my son for a baby gift and they brought it and it didn't work from the time they brought it and two technicians have been over there recently and I ask for my money back a long time ago and they told me too bad too sad.. Horrible service!!! I have been trying to get a repair made since July 13 that was a result of the delivery service and it still isn't complete nearly 3 months later. I have taken off of work two times all ready for this company and still no repair! I highly recommend NOT USING THIS COMPANY!

Terrible service. My husband and I have taken off work 3 different dates for a four hour time frame just to find out they didn’t have the correct part for a brand new set. The last time they didn’t even call to say the part wasn’t in - it was a no-show. I had to call them to find out why they haven’t arrived. They have no customer service skills. Very frustrating!!
