The sales representative Shawn was extremely professional and patient when looking for a bedroom set that I like. We finally found one and he was able to save me money with discounts from original store price and delivery. My quote was saved in there system until I was able to purchase the product. JR the store GM was able to pull up my quote a month later to close out the deal, he provided me additional savings with the set up. Great customer service is when you do for the customer everything you can do after you have done what you are supposed to do. - Daymond John JR was an exceptional sales rep. Great quality furniture, customer service, pricing/deals!! Furniture and Beyond offers a very wide selection in both taste and price. This store offers excellent financing options and goes above and beyond to help in any way they can. I will not shop here anymore the delivery crew is very rude and unprofessional. They delivered my mattress and didn't want to take the old one out to put the new one on. I have never ordered furniture before that doesn't include installation especially something as simple as putting on a mattress. But as I said the delivery crew is very unprofessional I actually had a argument with one.
This was absolutely the best experience I have had a total a furniture store. The staff was great, they helped you figure out what would be best for you and was very patient. I am a very indecisive person and they helped me greatly. Their prices are very reasonable and the furniture is beautiful. They also delivered to my home in Burbank IL from Merriville IN as well as built and set up my furniture. I will definitely be going back when I need more furniture.
