When I called to let them know that they gave me the wrong furniture I was talked to like I didn't know what I was saying and I was charged for the warranty and they said that I'm not going to be able to get my stuff replaced and faulted me for being sick and not letting them know it was messed up and the charger me over $3,000.00 plus I'm definitely disappointed and dissatisfied as well.. they definitely don't need a star they definitely need to be honest.. Hi Ms. ****, I, Gustavo (The Manager), spoke to you on 1/10/25. We spoke about the issues you brought up from your delivery that took place on 12/09/2024. Issues that you did not call and make known to us before then. You said you got the wrong furniture and I tried to ask you to send us pictures of what you got that was incorrect so I could see what may have gone wrong, but you refused to do so. There was no warranty charged and we have the invoice with each item you purchased broken down and accounted for to show as proof.... read more

I purchased furniture from this place over a year ago have been a great customer yet my bed was broke when they broke it when they put it together it was not put together right my daughter hit her face on that end of the corner of that piece that was not put right I reached out out to them and they told me someone would come out to replace it it is not over a year and now the whole piece has fallen off I reached out again and got the same results they told me they would contact me again but still haven’t .

We spoke to this customer on 12/20/2023, regarding her purchase she made in 08/16/2022. She did have an issue that she had mentioned to one of our associates in 12/2022 one year prior to this. Unfortunately one of our employees did make a mistake and did not follow up with her last year. After that initial conversation in 12/2022 the customer never called to follow up with us until now 1 year later. Very bad products bad condition, they don't resolve soon if you have any problems

Spoke to customer & Attempted to resolve the issue by going to fix her bed outside of the warranty period. We went ahead and fixed it for free anyway. Now Customer Erika R*** Is Calling Again Saying it broke & We Will Be Now going to Fix The Bed for a 2nd Time.
