Very friendly. Waiting room and rooms are very clean. Dr. Furnished explain everything to me. He adjusted my bite with my partial in that another dentist made. We just been in Gilmer for 2 months. Thank you for a very pleasant experience. Will recommend this.
While traveling from out of state I developed a painful issue with a tooth. Obviously not the greatest situation but they worked me into their schedule that same day. From the initial phone call through my ensuing visit, I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Exceptionally friendly staff in a comfortable office and most importantly, professional care. I can’t thank everyone in their office enough.
Update: Just had another couple visits for cleaning and a replacement for a very old crown. The cleaning was thorough, quick and painless. The crown replacement was totally painless even after the local anesthetic wore off. And the crown replacement was done in only one visit with the crown created in-office. Nice....... Very professional group of people he has working for him. Everyone seems happy to be working there. I had lots of questions to ask. Everyone answered my questions. I was nervous when I went in. After a few minutes all that went away. The dentist explained all of my options. I have to say that he is the best Dentist I have ever went to. If anyone decides to go there I promise you will go back.
Really really appreciate the staff, VERY friendly, hygienists are gentle and have been GREAT with my kiddos. Dr Furniss has helped us over the years with a couple issues from emergency weekend concerns to pulling baby teeth for placement issues and he is very gentle, he ensures good numbing before teeth work, and is good with my very shy kids. He has also been good at answering my many questions/concerns. Highly recommend.
