This place was great! All of the furniture was in perfect condition. The owner, Lewis, was the absolute best ever! He and his maintenance staff were super response when contacted. If I could give this place 100 stars, I would! Highly recommended!!!

If you’re in Rochester and not staying at one of the Abodes Apartments then you’re doing it wrong! I’ve had the pleasure of staying at 3 of their beautiful apartments during the course of my travel nurse assignments and each time never disappointed. Each place is furnished and decorated beautifully, and will make you feel at home for sure. The owner Lewis is an absolute gem! So incredibly accommodating and very responsive. Entering the phase in our lives that suggested we relocate to be closer to our children, we searched for a furnished apartment/condo for a total reloaction from our community of 42 years in CT in the Rochester NY area. An enormous step physically and emotionally. An online search introduced us to Abodes. It became apparent immediately that we had found a group that might and actually did fulfill our needs.
