Once again amazing customer service today at Furnish This. We went to pick up our bedroom set and bar. The team had it all shrink wrapped and ready to be loaded. They helped my husband load everything up. From the time we purchased the furniture to pick up today everyone was amazing. We will be back soon!!

We moved into our home in June and ordered furniture from some other furniture stores with familiar names... after getting the run around for MONTHS about back ordered furniture we cancelled and went to furnish this. I’m so mad we didn’t go here first!!! Prices were incredible, quality is amazing and customer service far exceeds any of the name brand stores. Do not waste your time looking elsewhere.... we did a special order and it was Delivered in less than 2 weeks!! We will definitely be back for more.

Didn't have a great experience working here at all. Tyler harasses, doesn't pay you for work done OUTSIDE work hours, and no commission. He fabricated an entire story saying I "surreptisously accessed email account" to get me kicked off UI with his mom and the then manager while the location was in Durham. it should be noted, the then manager, Minette, was incompetent at computers and failed to log out of her account EVERY TIME, even after repeated messages to logout due to security risks involved.
