Amazing service both pre and post sale. Couldn’t do enough to help. Competitive prices but it’s the service Don and team provide that is worth coming here for. Very happy with my Hampshire King.
Purchased 2 lounge suites from Don a little under 2 years ago, they were out of warranty but had an issue, Don got it sorted with no stress and the supplier sorted it out with no out of pocket expenses to us. Thanks guys, will recommend you any time
While service when purchasing was good, they gave my bed to someone else while I was overseas!!! They told me it was ready for pick up after the date I was available (timelines were given at time of purchase). I confirmed that pick up would be a few weeks later as I was overseas, they said fine not a problem it was there ready to do. Come day of pick up - they don't have any beds, and they are waiting for stock to come in!???? What the actual???
