Promised work not done Purchased a combo van from Furness rigby on 19/07/25 and they seemed nice enough they said they would fully service the van before I took it so I thought great they even stamped the book the problem is they never serviced it at all as my mechanic I use told me he showed me the state of the oil and air filter and pollen filter so am bit annoyed about that fact do not take them at there word as they seem not to stand by it get proof all they say has actually been done
David at Rigby Furness was fantastic! Not your usual salesperson – he’s patient, genuine, and always willing to help. We had issues getting finance for our van, and he supported us every step of the way. Couldn’t recommend him and Rigby Furness enough – 100%!
Bought in Feb - David was fab to deal with throughout. Didn't get the 'sales' vibe from him that you get from most other dealers, possibly just his professional demeanour.
I recently purchased a car from this place , unfortunately the car developed a fault, thankfully Furness Rigby was extremely honourable and fixed the car for me. I would recommend them because the staff are polite and helpful and are clearly dedicated to running a respectable car sales place. I would 100% recommend purchasing a car from here.
