Had furnace and water heater replaced. Had issue with water heater but he never returned calls. Furnace now not coming on and even though It’s cold out he has not responded back. Very bad with servicing or even returning calls. Not good way to start a business. Not sure how he learned his business ethics! Don’t use if you ever need follow ups or repairs…
