Sold a family ring here and couldn’t have had a better experience . They were the best price by far and very easy to work with . A lot of jewelry stores give me a used car salesman vibe but Joey gives me a warm uncle vibe . Plus not for nothing but he’s pretty handsome if you’re into that.
Terrible experience and terrible customer service
I went to Furnari Jewelers for a customized piece. Joey Furnari went above and beyond helping me to create exactly what I wanted. I am very particular and I must say that he had so much patience in helping me decide metal, weight and style. I am so pleased and will most definitely be returning year after year for any future birthday and/or Holiday gifts.
Kathy and Sue were so sweet and helpful! Came in with insanely tangled jewelry and they were able to untangle and clean them for me. Amazing!
Nicole and Joey at furnari jewelry store are the best people and very helpful. They are great to all who come in. Very friendly to everyone who comes to see them. The rest of the staff at furnari jewelry store in Enfield CT are also amazing. I am a satisfied customer and loyal to them.
