Our Goodman Furnace arrived 4 days after making the order, undamaged. I am very happy with my whole experience with this company. I was a bit nervous about ordering this, as I've never purchased anything like this online. I had my HVAC installer meet me at my house when the trucking company arrived to check my order out.
