Excellent service! Ac stopped running they fit me in within a few days came and fixed it for a very reasonable price! I definitely recommend this company very nice staff and it was up and running a hour after they diagnosed it.
I called Furnace Pros to get a quote on an AC unit, and within hours, Travis was at my door running me through all my options. A quote was formally sent shortly after, and installed the next week without issue. Travis is a super personable guy, very friendly and professional. Ill be sure to recommend Furnace Pros in the future!
We had an extremely disappointing experience with Furnace Pros. After purchasing a brand-new furnace from them — which came with a warranty — it failed in April. Despite numerous calls and messages, and repeated promises that someone would come to service the unit, no one ever showed up.
