Stay away. Ordered a Hepa system motor for over $400. It came in a box wrapped in bubble wrap - no packaging, no paperwork, nothing. I should have returned it then and there. Paid an installer $120 to install the motor and noticed a very subtle high pitched noice which I could hear from my bedroom. Support instructed me to send back the part to Lennox at my expense and wait 6-8 weeks for Lennox to decide whether to refund me or not. HOMEOWNERS BEWARE - Product faulty out of the box & no recourse available. False OEM warranty advertising; no protection for homeowners/DIYers. I ordered a Lennox thermostat in November 2023 and installed with brand-new Luxaire 2-stage furnace that December. The stat was sending signal on Y1 instead of W1 during first-stage heat and the first-stage cooling sent signal on both Y1 and W1, but I hadn't pulled a new wire so I couldn't rule out a bad conductor. They had the part we needed and was able to get it out the day it was ordered. We got the part a day earlier due to their ability to ship the same day. Customer service was very helpful with the ordering process. Will remember this company for any future needs!
Hello I was able to find a back ordered air conditioning part from furnace parts source, they had good competitive prices and also I called and made sure that I was making the right order. The gentleman that answered the phone was very helpful very kind. I have other components that I would like to buy and I definitely would use them again thanks for all your help.
Ordered a printed circuit board. When I received the board it was refurbished not new, a fact not mentioned when we purchased the board. The circuit board was DEAD ON ARRIVAL. The company required us to return the board at our expense for warranty review. After weeks we were issued a partially refund. So it cost our company about $40.00 in freight not to mention the time lost for this company to send us a defective part. They don't stand behind the quality of the parts they are selling.
