I’ve suffered from a bad back and a really sore hip that keeps locking. The first doctor sent me for X-rays on my back and hip, two weeks later the 2nd doctor gave me more pain killers and told me the first doctor will be back in Tuesday. Booked another appointment this time I seen a 3rd doctor who didn’t look at my X-rays he told me it was sciatica didn’t even do anything for my hip more pain killers. I joined Furnace House 3 months ago and am pleased to say they have been great, helpful at reception and DrParker was very thorough and friendly, and I got a same day appointment!!
Receptionist very rude at furnace house. The pharmacy is doing their very best no need to be rude to patients. This receptionist needs a lesson in patient care and not to slag off the pharmacy in front of me. Just remember they are more qualified than you...
I always get through on the phone quickly and all the staff are amazing - 100% better than in England.
