I have seen firsthand the work that Furnace Guy’s workers do, so I was looking forward to getting them to clean my furnace and ductwork. I called on September 12th in hopes of being ahead of the fall rush, and talked with Linda. I mentioned that there were a couple of duct runs that I needed to complete, and she made note of that in her response via email that same day.
