I've used these guys twice. 1. Installed a tankless hot water tank, they pushed hard and quoted me over and over to replace my old furnace with a high efficiency furnace. Very pushy about it. I asked them to also install a Navien filter to protect the tankless heater and it took them about a month to close that off - they kept forgetting and seemed to avoid doing it. Weird. 2. I am very confused at the near perfect reviews. Bryce left not only our home, but several others in Grande Cache in shambles. We had bought our home in 2016 and it had a new furnace. In 2021, it started making a noise. We called someone else to come; But he wasn’t available. Bryce answered the phone and was able to come service the furnace right away. Agree with Taylor’s 1 start review below me. Bryce has screwed so many people over and probably reports any 1 star reviews he gets. Drilled my gas range pipe in wrong spot so it wouldn’t sit flush to the wall then said I could just run my quartz behind the stove, fridge water line he installed leaked all into my basement and his insurance had to cover it but he was no where to be found for the repair, and finally my gas fireplace line had a gas leak.
Initially I was very pleased but this company appears to have now disappeared!!! I tried reaching out regarding a maintenance check that was supposed to be included with the purchase....crickets. Bryce and his team were so great to deal with! Very knowledgeable about different brands and their quotes reasonable. The install and cleanup was very professional - a huge shout out to Will who did the installation!
