Pretty much the best contracting company I have dealt with. Had my furnace and hot water tank replaced by them. Carmine was fantastic in providing us the quote and setting up everything for us, no hassle just straight up and honest. The installers Correy and Peter were excellent, did a superb job, walked me through once it was completed and we were really happy with all the work and the entire experience working with them. Highly recommend Furnace Factory Direct for any HVAC services you need.
Great experience from start to finish! Carmine was very knowledgeable and answered many of questions before I planned to ask them. Very patient and talked me through options and explained the details on each and laid out the whole process and what to expect. The installation team of Corey, Mike and Peter were very courteous and professional. Really nice guys, arrived on time, and were very efficient. I would absolutely recommend this team to anyone looking for this type of sales and service.

Very happy with the service from sales to completed installation. Carm was honest and very clear regarding my requirements, and the equipment they sell and service. The installation was on time, clean and complete. The staff took measures not to mess my house, and they listened/answered all my questions. Professional through and through!
