Excellent service from start to finish! Anthony and his team are always professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and attentive to every detail. Everything was completed efficiently and to a high standard, with great communication throughout the process. It’s clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about customer satisfaction. My family and I only trust Anthony and his team for all of our HVAC services!
Furnace Factory's meticulous attention to detail and prompt response times place them at the forefront of my preferred service providers. I would not recommend any other furnace specialist while I reside in the Ottawa area.

Pretty much the best contracting company I have dealt with. Had my furnace and hot water tank replaced by them. Carmine was fantastic in providing us the quote and setting up everything for us, no hassle just straight up and honest. The installers Correy and Peter were excellent, did a superb job, walked me through once it was completed and we were really happy with all the work and the entire experience working with them. Highly recommend Furnace Factory Direct for any HVAC services you need.
