Just had a new AC unit installed yesterday (haven't used yet as we are experiencing cold spring weather at the moment), and it was a pleasure dealing with FFD for my job. Carm was really great to work with and fully explained the different AC units, requirements, what would be best for my townhome and location, and answered all my questions so I had a peace of mind. Brandon and Shawn did the install and were professional and kept me informed while in the process of install. Would recommend FFD.
Had an issue with the AC unit not working and Anthony was able to diagnose and fix the issue right away. Anthony was very professional, knowledgeable and punctual. Highly recommend for all of your HVAC needs.

Appointment was for 8am and 8am van pulls up, two guys come up to the door introduced themselves , they went downstairs to see how the old furnace was set up, pulled out carpets from the van and installed runner Mats from upstairs to downstairs , completely professional , Thanks for the great job guys, Factory Furnace Direct, thank you Dominic/ Esther Giglietta
