Our AC unit abruptly stopped working yesterday so I called Furnace Factory Direct this morning to see if they could come sometime this week to fix. Jordan, their technician, was at our house same day at 11 am and our unit was up and running by noon! This company always gives exemplary service. I could not recommend them more!

He was ready with a quote to rent or buy & a great suggestion for brand & type. We went for buying a tankless water heater.
