I called today to get the address to pick up a part. The lady i spoke to was so rude and unprofessional. She said just cancel the order because I asked her for the address to get the part. Her exact words were" just cancel because I have a meeting to go to" what?!! Lady just give me the address! She was short, rude, and unprofessional in every way. Nevertheless we did cancel the order but in the back of my mind I said I would never do business with this company.
