I brought in a engagement ring to get sized up, and replace all the claws. Not only did Ryan beet other stores quotes by hundreds of dollars, he also did a 100 dollar service for free. Which included him plating it, just cant remember with what for the life of me. Stand up business owner and super friendly. Strongly suggest to support local with his store. Thank you again Ryan
Worst experience ever! I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Furmanek’s Jewellers. I placed my engagement ring and wedding ring on consignment with the store (not pawn). I was told that once the rings sold, I would receive over $2,000. I was never contacted to tell me that my engagement ring had sold. After approximately a year, I called to inquire about my rings. Amazing customer service , was our anniversary and needed the ring sized and Ryan had it done real quick for me , highly recommended, thanks for the amazing service !!
Ryan was very patient with my request and answered all my questions. He provided a concept design, which I very much appreciated.
