It is sad when a private office does not take the time to hire true professionals to run the office. I had one of the worst experiences with this office due to an employee by the name of MaryAnn. This employee was not only rude but when confronted "had the nerve to say "okay, well if I am so rude then don't call MY office". When I asked for the manager she left me on hold until I called back to later claim she was the manager. If that is true the I feel bad for Dr.Furman who will lose business
Place smelled of urine, disgusting and rude.
