Long customer with horrible experience. Unbeknown to home owner, home went un-monitored for over a year and when discovered that the home was not on their system blamed homeowner for not monthly testing (what are you paying for??). When discovered the company's response was to try to up-sell. How on earth can a monitored home go off line and they do not notice.
