Long customer with horrible experience. Unbeknown to home owner, home went un-monitored for over a year and when discovered that the home was not on their system blamed homeowner for not monthly testing (what are you paying for??). When discovered the company's response was to try to up-sell. How on earth can a monitored home go off line and they do not notice. Security System Furlongs has always been professional and reliable to monitor the security of my business. They are careful to always notify me when the police have been called or an alarm has gone off. Very professional staff...even at 2:00 am!

Beware of dealing with this company This company treated me and another customer terribly....probably many more I am not aware of - They try to trick customers into thinking they are obliged to pay for monthly monitoring even though the contract they have you sign does not apply to customers with existing security systems. They also have this attorney that they refer you to at the drop of a hat. He is belittling and does a very poor job of handling the concerns of customers that are referred to him.
