Took my 15 year old cat here. He was very unwell and not only did we need to push to have him treated after nurse told us vet had back to back appointments so we would have to bring him back when he was finally examined thoroughly and diagnosed there was absolutely no follow-up, no touching in and no need to bring him back after medication finished. Very Very poor service but were happy to take our $605 and wipe their hands of the well being of my furkid!!!
Very disappointed with the experience here. My dog requires ongoing meloxicam for arthritis, and instead of supporting long-term care, this clinic made the process unnecessarily difficult and expensive. They refused to provide repeats on the prescription, meaning I’ll have to keep coming back and paying additional consultation or script fees just to access the same medication my dog is already stable on. I honestly cannot thank the team enough for the care they gave our dog while performing TPLO surgery on both of her legs. Handing your dog over for such a big procedure is incredibly nerve-wracking, but from the moment we walked in we felt completely supported and reassured. The whole team was so kind, compassionate, and patient. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and kept us updated throughout the process. I took my 2 year old Pug in for a BOAS Surgery today. Whilst it was daunting, the staff were nothing but informative and happy to answer all questions leading up to the surgery. Nurse Amy and Dr Kristy were extremely attentive in all the concerns I had around the surgery, with the help of Dr Aidan. The team did a fantastic job on my boys breathing concerns, I will be coming back for any future vet visits. Lovely Staff, Homely Clinic, would recommend for anyone with a Brachy breed to visit these guys :D
