Very pleased with the service provided by Dr Ertem and his staff. As a retired PA with over 33 years of primary care practice experience, I can honestly say that Dr Ertem’s office provides a very positive experience. I felt very well taken care of and they were able to get me in for Endoscopy within a week of being seen. I highly recommend him and his PA.

Very pleasant, knowledgeable staff. The minute I walked through the door you could sense a different atmosphere that was professional, relaxed ,& compassionate .Big smiles to greet you ,but the staff listened very intently to your concerns.I need that because I am a retired nurse & sometimes it can be an advantage,or disadvantage. I can honestly tell you that I was treated with compassion, dignity,& respect throughout.
