En el area de servicio estan deficientes en atención al cliente. Cuando uno llega al dealer me dejaron afuera esperando sobre 20 minutos luego como no estaba mi asesor de servicio allí me tuve que sentar a esperar para poder firmar. Servicio lento y poco profesional.
El pasado 20 de diciembre de 2025 fui al Furiel de Ponce con la gran ilusión de comprarme una unidad y me atendió un caballero a toda prueba. Un excelente vendedor y ser humano que me dijo, “no se preocupe que yo la voy a ayudar para que salga con su carrito, deme una oportunidad” y palabra cumplida.
