Our dog was accidentally clipped by the groomer and needed to be seen asap. Our groomer recommended we come here, and we could not be more pleased on how our visit went. Our dog was seen right away and EVERYONE was so kind and welcoming.
Called and got an immediate appt for our 20 year old cat. She had a swollen mouth, eye watering and sneezing. They did an amazing job with her. They were very friendly and professional. Explained everything in detail to us and the treatment needed. Moving her records from old vet to here. Amazing staff!
We have had nothing but trouble the past year with furdunkin. Our dog was put on a medication she has to take for the rest of her life and when we need refills the girl, Heather, at the front desk denies them. Then we have to go over her head to get them filled. When we take one of our dogs in we ask if they are due for any shots. They always say no then within a month we get a text saying that dog is due for shots. So you have to pay yet another visit fee to get the shots. Our first experience here was when our elderly dog was in the throes of heart failure. I called, they said come on in, 15 minutes later our sweet girl was being seen and so well cared for. The staff were nothing short of phenomenal and the doctors could not have been kinder, more wonderful people. Highly recommend.
