Our experience was outstanding. Staff actually met us at the door. Doctor was able to take our girl in right away. Hopefully she'll be feeling better soon. They made us and our pet comfortable immediately. Even offered us snacks and drinks. They were up front about costs for what they felt was needed. Will go back to them if we ever need immediate help for one of our fur babies.
We can’t say enough wonderful things about the care our cat, Bella, received here! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome and reassured. The veterinarians were incredibly kind, patient, and thorough — they took the time to explain everything and treated Bella like she was their own. You can truly tell how much they love animals and how dedicated they are to providing the best possible care. We had our 5 year old Norman today for an emergency severe UTI and had exceptional service. He was taken straight back and received the best care. The staff is caring and was able to give us the best referral to finish out his treatment. You get what you pay for with this place. If I ever had another emergency, I would trust them with my babies any day! Thank you again doctor and staff at furdunkin for saving my Norman!
