The "WAIT" time is ridiculous, there should be a better system in place to service their customers. Scheduling appointments is recommended instead the extended wait.
Don’t use these people they are fraudulent!! They have filed my taxes and never provided a copy ! They don’t respond after taking your money!! They are just plain incompetent! Mixed my kids social security number up and now my husband has the daughter that I was claiming on his taxes and I have to do an amendment to add her but I’m sure he will owe
By the recommendation of a good friend, I decided to file taxes here. Unfortunately they're unprofessional and won't return your calls or text messages if you're having issues with refund. Poor service...
