We spent almost a year going to three different vets for our cat Minji’s ear issues, and every single time we got the same wrong diagnosis and the same meds that never helped. Absolutely incredible staff. When you show up with a fuzz ball that's not in a good spot, you'll be greeted with the perfect combination of care, compassion, and the all important humour to bring your stress down. They treat your fuzzy family member like a member of their own family.
I found the Vet, 'Dr. Andrea (Lo)', and staff to be very compassionate and patient with my newly adopted pup. I learned a fair bit about diet and additives as well, in just this one consult. It is also nice to know that private equity hasn't bought up all of the vet clinics!
Cash grab. I took my dog in to get assessed for a dental cleaning, he’s 8 and in good health overall. I went in expecting to pay $100 for the assessment/full checkup which they insist on doing before even providing an estimate for dental cleaning. They said they have to do bloodwork to minimize anesthesia risks, ok fine. I bought their $50 supplements and was shocked that my final bill was $500. $50 to draw blood and $300 for a full blood panel. Very effecient, friendly and professional service. Very happy with my experience here. Dr Andrea Lo is great, you can tell she is very knowledgable and cares about your pet. Highly recommend.
