I took my cat Meow into this establishment on 09/13/2016. My cat was under the care of the groomer Victoria and the business, Fur R We from 8:00 until 1:30 PM when I came to pick her up. When I picked her up, I specifically asked the receptionist how everything went during the visit and grooming. the receptionist said, as far as she knew it all went well. I took my cat out to the car and out of her kennel. First of all, she was sitting on the floor when I picked her up, next to an air conditioner and freezing. It took 15 min... read more
This place is ridiculous. They wanted to shave my lab. Yes, my black lab. The groomer came out when I went to pick him up and called him stupid because he wouldn't get up on the table on command and wouldn't get in the kennel. Keep in mind my dog has never been to a groomer before and has never been commanded to be put in a kennel so OF COURSE he would not know the commands.
