I took my staffy Arlo in after hours because he broke out in hives, this was my first time going here but given it was mid night I did not want to make the commute down to bundoora. The vet on duty was amazing. I absolutely adored the way he was with Arlo. Patting him constantly, giving him treats, telling him how cute he was. I have never had a vet react like that towards him. Thankyou for the staff that were available yesterday on the public holiday to put our much loved Saint Bernard Daisy to sleep yesterday. The cosy goodbye room where we could put her to sleep in our arms meant the world to us. RIP Daisy we miss you xxx
Beware Greedy and overpriced go somewhere else....my daughter took her very sick dog in for a quote and was initially told there was no charge so she left they then changed their minds a few hours later. A few days later they started to harras me for a payment I had nothing to do with this as it's my daughters dog registered in her name I didn't even set foot in their clinic.... They quoted $6200 for a procedure that ultimately cost $1500 a mastectomy at another vet they provided top care. . Then these greedy people sent a d... read more
