Incredibly devastated. I took my 5 year old foster dog in to be desexed yesterday and when I came to pick her up I was told she had already been desexed!! The vet said after they couldn’t find the parts that needed to be removed so they then looked into her microchipping details to find it had been confirmed she was previously desexed. Why was this not checked BEFORE she went into surgery?? This poor sweet girl has already gone through hell and now she has had major surgery which could have been completely avoidable!! I take my puppy Milo there. Go for the subscription service they offer. They are super friendly and you can tell they are very patient focussed. Every animal through the door is made to feel special.
Helpful staff. Dogs had a little treat after a beach run.
