I ordered a rug from this business and attempted to return it within the posted 30-day return period shown on their website. The item shed heavily and did not appear to match the quality I expected. When I requested a return, the business initially refused and claimed the item was custom/made to order. Because they would not honor the posted return policy, I opened a credit-card dispute. I found Fur Accents because I wanted to buy a rug made in the USA - and learning that it was high quality synthetic fur was even better. The first rug we ordered ended up being too small for the space, and Fur Accents was so kind to let me send it back and order another one. They handled the logistics of the exchange very professionally and we now have a beautiful rug for a great price. I highly recommend Fur Accents!

We bought a soft cozy rug for our dog. It calmed him down immediately and it's great quality. We did a lot of research and we were glad to find a rug that was Made in the USA. Highly recommend the company and bed.
