I found Fur Accents because I wanted to buy a rug made in the USA - and learning that it was high quality synthetic fur was even better. The first rug we ordered ended up being too small for the space, and Fur Accents was so kind to let me send it back and order another one. They handled the logistics of the exchange very professionally and we now have a beautiful rug for a great price. I highly recommend Fur Accents!
