Echoing what another reviewer shared. I switched from a major pharmacy retailer to this one back in 2024. At first, the experience was great—friendly staff, on-time deliveries, no issues. This pharmacy used to be AMAZING. But not so much any more. Staff has now became very short and honestly, rude lately. Lots of mistakes, refills not filled when they’re supposed to be, and I’m having to call more and more due to issues. I switched from a large chain pharmacy to them because they were smaller and provided stellar service. Disappointing.

I had been told that this pharmacy was good, but the truth is that they don't serve you well, maybe because I'm Hispanic, but some of the people who work there have unpleasant ways of serving you. I don't recommend it, to be honest.

This pharmacy is always clean, organized, and efficient. The staff is super friendly and takes time to explain everything clearly. You can tell they truly care about their customers. I always feel taken care of here — highly recommend!
