Built in 1927, this bed and breakfast located just around the corner from Fuquay Mineral Spring Park is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The inn is built in the Colonial Revival style and offers spa and massage services in guest rooms, assistance with local tours, a beautiful terrace, weekly cooking classes, a library, and, of course, a traditional Southern Breakfast served daily. The garden is home to one of the largest redbud trees in Wake County, and is recognized as a national wildlife habitat.

If you’re in the area I highly recommend staying at the Fuquay Mineral Spring Inn!! The owners, John and Patty, were very warm and welcoming. I so enjoyed hearing their life stories of service and John’s family history with the NY Yankees!! Patty’s breakfast was delicious, definitely something to look forward to!!! The Carriage House was a perfect little retreat to relax and enjoy a few restful days in. The location couldn’t be any better!
