This place is extremely poorly managed. At the front desk you’ll find only untrained and unprofessional young people that don’t even know what they are supposed to do. We were a party of 4 adults and 2 toddlers. We are arrived and we were asked to complete the waiver. While we were in line to pay, the kids tried to get in because wanted to play, they let them pass along with a parent (NO ONE ASKED FOR THE PASS AS WE WERE ALREADY PAYING).
