I wanted to counteract the 1-star review someone else posted - I've rented from these folks several times, and they've been fast, efficient, and really easy to deal with...even when I'm calling with last minute things (which is all the time). I'm very pleased with their service!
Poor customer service. Bouncy house wouldn't stay inflated. Owner repeatedly told us it was our fault bc our electricity from our house wasn't providing enough power. We also plugged it into our neighbors house and same issue. I spent 5 hours during my party trying to fix it myself. The bouncy house callapsed on the kids several times. I finally called them to pick it up because it was a hazard. Owner said he told us from beginning it was our electrical problem and brought a generator with him to prove his he was right after... read more
