It was our families camping trip and we rented a 5th wheel and others rented their own. In spike of all the unknowns on our behalf of RVing, we had a great time. There were a few electrical and comestic concerns but Chance responded quickly. The customer service and support was one of the best I've encountered in awhile. The unit was delivered to the location, clean, set-up and ready to go when we arrived. We will most definitely rent from Fun Time RV again.
