Mrs. Patel, I just wanted to tell you how much I appreciate your compassion and honesty. You are by far one of my favorite providers. You are always so kind and supportive of me and you take interest in my situation and provide support accordingly. Coming to you is such a joy. Dr Fagbohun has been the best OBGYN I EVER HAD HE WAS MY DOCTOR THROUGHOUT MY WHOLE PREGNANCY IN 2023 AND IT WAS GREAT. To the man who did my cut for a C Section thank you you did an amazing job and, to the lady who name I don’t remember (sorry by the way) thank you for being patient with me and taking care of me at Oakbend hospital.
We had a bad experience with Dr. Funsho at this location. He no longer does deliveries, but they don’t inform you up front. They also require you to prepay for the entire pregnancy, making it difficult to back out later. The support staff is even worse—they never tried to help with any issues or concerns. For urgent questions or prescriptions a few times, they directed us to go to emergency care. Dr. Fagbohun delivered my baby via c-section almost 4 years ago. Because of him I have suffered major postpartum depression as well as birth trauma. My Dr. throughout pregnancy was Dr. Rios who was great but for my birth Fagbohun was on call. I went into labor at 40 weeks & 4 days and the first thing out of his mouth when he met me was to tell me about his daughters and how he would never let them go over 39 weeks and how I should have already been induced. I was called at the Dr. Fagbohun's Clinic to deny care. His staff asked me all the questions when I first made the appointment. Then she put me on hold to confirm if the doctor can see me. Then I have filled out all the information on My Chart/Memorial Herman Portal 2 weeks before my Appointment. Even after having all the information they called me to the clinic on the day of my appointment to deny the care. And as usual they said its our new policy.
